A combination tablet containing:

• Chlorzoxazone 250 mg – muscle relaxant

• Diclofenac 50 mg – non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)

• Paracetamol 325 mg – analgesic and fever reducer

✅ Uses

Used to relieve pain and muscle spasms in conditions such as:

• Musculoskeletal injuries, sprains, strains

• Backache, frozen shoulder, tendonitis

• Arthritis, spondylitis

• Headache, toothache, menstrual cramps, soft tissue pain (e.g. gout)

⚙️ How It Works

• Chlorzoxazone eases muscle stiffness by acting on the spinal cord and brain.

• Diclofenac reduces inflammation by blocking prostaglandin production.

• Paracetamol enhances the pain-relief effect centrally.

💊 Dosage & Administration

• Take 1 tablet, 2–3 times daily, as directed.

• Swallow whole with water; can be taken with or without food, but preferably with a meal to reduce stomach upset

⚠️ Common Side Effects

• Digestive: nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, diarrhea, constipation, flatulence

• Central Nervous System: dizziness, headache, drowsiness, insomnia, vertigo

• Other: rash, decreased appetite, elevated liver enzymes

⚠️ Serious Risks & Precautions

Use with caution if you have:

• High blood pressure, heart, liver, or kidney disease

• History of ulcers, bleeding, asthma triggered by NSAIDs

• Elderly patients (≥65 years)

• Pregnancy (especially after week 30) or breastfeeding: generally not recommended

• Avoid combining with other paracetamol- or diclofenac-containing medicines to prevent overdose

• Avoid alcohol to reduce risk of liver damage and GI bleeding

If you experience:

• Severe abdominal pain or blood in stools

• Jaundice or liver problems (dark urine, yellowing of eyes)

• Unusual swelling, breathlessness, chest pain

• Persistent stomach issues, drowsiness, or vomiting
