Rexcof DX Syrup is a combination medication used to provide relief from dry cough and associated symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and throat irritation. It contains two active ingredients:

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg per 5 ml): An antihistamine that blocks histamine, a substance responsible for allergic reactions, helping to alleviate symptoms such as sneezing, itching, and runny nose.

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (10 mg per 5 ml): A cough suppressant that acts on the brain’s cough center to reduce the urge to cough.
