Composition & Action

• Aceclofenac 50 mg – a selective NSAID that inhibits COX‑2, reducing inflammation, pain, and swelling

• Paracetamol 125 mg – an analgesic/antipyretic that blocks central prostaglandin synthesis to relieve pain and fever

Primary Uses

• Management of mild-to-moderate pain: headaches, toothaches, migraines, neuralgia, sore throat, general aches and pains

• Reduces fever and inflammation often associated with cold and flu, or arthritis in children (consult doctor for duration)

Dosage & Administration

• Oral suspension, given after food to minimize gastric irritation; shake well and measure accurately using a spoon or cup

• Maintain consistent timing daily; if a dose is missed and the child vomits within 30 min, re-dose—but skip if the next dose is near
