Composition (per 5 ml)

• Ambroxol 15 mg – mucolytic (thins and loosens mucus)

• Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 10 mg – suppresses cough reflex

• Phenylephrine 5 mg – nasal decongestant

• Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg – antihistamine (relieves allergy symptoms)

• Menthol 1.5 mg – throat soothe and cooling effect

Indications

Used for relieving symptoms of:

• Cough (dry or wet)

• Common cold

• Upper respiratory tract symptoms, such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, throat irritation, and allergy-related discomfort

How It Works

• Ambroxol breaks down mucus, making it easier to expel.

• Dextromethorphan suppresses the urge to cough.

Dosage & Administration

• Adults & adolescents (≥12 yrs): Use the measuring cup; take as prescribed by your doctor. Typically taken every 4–6 hours.
