Composition (per 5 ml)

• Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg – antihistamine to relieve sneezing, itchiness, runny nose

• Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 10 mg – suppresses the cough reflex

• Phenylephrine 5 mg – nasal decongestant to relieve stuffiness.

Indications

• Relief of dry (non‑productive) cough

• Eases cold and allergy symptoms: sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, throat irritation, and nasal congestion.

How It Works

• Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine to reduce allergy symptoms

• Dextromethorphan suppresses the cough center in the brain

• Phenylephrine narrows nasal blood vessels to reduce congestion

Dosage & Administration
