NO SCARS Cream

1. Composition:
o NO SCARS Cream contains a combination of three active ingredients:
 Hydroquinone (2% w/w): A skin lightening agent that reduces the amount of melanin (skin pigment) responsible for darkening of the skin. It effectively blocks the enzyme tyrosinase involved in melanin production, leading to fading of dark spots.
 Mometasone (0.1% w/w): A steroid that inhibits the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) responsible for skin redness, swelling, and itching. It works synergistically with other components.
 Tretinoin (0.025% w/w): Helps recover skin damage caused by sun exposure (photodamage) by thickening the skin layer and promoting rejuvenation.
2. Uses:
o NO SCARS Cream is primarily used for the treatment of melasma, a common skin problem characterized by dark, discolored patches on the skin. Melasma is often associated with pregnancy, birth control pills, hormone medications, or skin injury.
o It effectively lightens these dark patches and reduces redness, rash, pain, and itchiness associated with melasma.
3. Application:
o Wash your hands before using the cream.
o Clean and dry the affected area.
o Apply NO SCARS Cream at night and gently massage it until absorbed.
o Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, and mucous membranes.
o Use sunscreens and protective clothing while going out during treatment to enhance results.
4. Side Effects:
o Common side effects include mild burning, stinging, redness, and dryness at the application site.
o Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or worsen.
5. Precautions:
o Inform your doctor if you have known allergies to any of the components.
o Safety and efficacy in pregnant women and children below 12 years are not established.
