Composition (per 5 ml)

• Ambroxol 15 mg – mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus

• Guaifenesin 50 mg – expectorant that reduces mucus stickiness and increases fluid to help clearance

• Levosalbutamol 0.5 mg – bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles to ease breathing

Indications

• Productive cough (chesty cough)

• Conditions like bronchitis, asthma exacerbations, COPD

• Symptom relief for runny nose, sneezing, itchy throat, watery eyes

Mechanism of Action

• Ambroxol and guaifenesin work together to break down and thin mucus for easier expectoration

• Levosalbutamol widens bronchial passages, improving airflow and easing chest tightness

Dosage & Administration

• Use as prescribed by your doctor; dosage depends on age and condition

• Common adult/adolescent dosing: around 5 ml taken orally 3–4 times daily

• Children’s dosing is lower and based on weight or age

• Shake well before use and measure accurately with the device provided

• Can be taken with or without food; try to use at consistent times
