Ibugesic Plus Suspension Orange 100 ml

Composition

• Ibuprofen 100 mg / 5 ml (NSAID – pain‑relieving, anti‑inflammatory)

• Paracetamol 162.5 mg / 5 ml (analgesic and antipyretic)

Indications

Used in children and infants to relieve:

• Fever

• Mild to moderate pain (headache, toothache, earache, muscle and joint pain, sore throat, pain from colds or flu)

Mechanism of Action

• Ibuprofen inhibits prostaglandin synthesis (COX‑1/2), reducing pain, inflammation, and fever

• Paracetamol acts centrally to decrease fever and relieve pain

Dosage & Administration

• Shake thoroughly before use

• Administer after food to reduce stomach irritation

• Use a proper measuring device (spoon or syringe)

• If vomiting occurs within 30 minutes, repeat the dose once; otherwise, skip to the next scheduled dose

Onset & Duration

• Onset typically within 30 minutes

• Effects may last up to 6 hours
