Indications
Used in children and infants to relieve:

Fever

Mild to moderate pain (headache, toothache, earache, muscle and joint pain, sore throat, pain from colds or flu)
Mechanism of Action

Ibuprofen inhibits prostaglandin synthesis (COX‑1/2), reducing pain, inflammation, and fever

Paracetamol acts centrally to decrease fever and relieve pain
Dosage & Administration

Shake thoroughly before use

Administer after food to reduce stomach irritation

Use a proper measuring device (spoon or syringe)

If vomiting occurs within 30 minutes, repeat the dose once; otherwise, skip to the next scheduled dose
Onset & Duration

Onset typically within 30 minutes

Effects may last up to 6 hours
