Ibugesic Plus Oral Suspension Orange 60 ml

Composition

• Ibuprofen 100 mg per 5 ml (NSAID — reduces pain, inflammation, fever)

• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 162.5 mg per 5 ml (analgesic, antipyretic)

Indications

• Reduction of fever and relief of mild to moderate pain in children, including headache, dental pain, muscle/joint pain, sore throat, earache, cold/flu symptoms

Mechanism of Action

• Ibuprofen inhibits prostaglandin synthesis to reduce inflammation, pain, and fever

• Paracetamol works centrally in the brain to reduce pain and lower body temperature

Dosage & Administration

• Shake well before use

• Administer after food to reduce stomach upset

• Use the provided measuring cap/spoon/syringe for accuracy

• If child vomits within 30 minutes, repeat once; otherwise skip and follow schedule

Onset & Duration

• Typically begins working within 30 minutes

• Effects may last up to 6 hours
