Clobenate GM Cream

1. Composition:
o Clobetasol (0.05%): A potent corticosteroid that exhibits anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties.
o Gentamicin (2.0%): An antibiotic effective against many gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
2. Uses:
o Bacterial Skin Infections: Clobenate G Ointment helps reduce symptoms such as pain, itching, redness, and oozing associated with bacterial skin infections.
3. Contraindications:
o Allergy: Avoid if allergic to clobetasol, gentamicin, or any other ingredients in the ointment.
o Acne or Infection on Face/Private Parts: Do not use on the face, around the mouth, or private parts.
o Chickenpox, Shingles, Warts, or Open Wounds: Avoid in these conditions.
o Untreated Skin Infection or Skin Thinning Problem: Not suitable.
4. Side Effects:
o Burning sensation, itching, irritation, rash, dryness, and redness at the application site.
o Thinning of the skin.
