🔬 Mechanism of Action

Ciprofloxacin kills bacteria by inhibiting DNA gyrase.

Dexamethasone reduces redness, swelling, and itching
💊 Dosage & Administration
👁️ Eye Use

Instill 1–2 drops in the affected eye, 2–4 times daily, as per doctor’s instructions

Warm the bottle, tilt head, instil 4 drops in the affected ear twice daily, for 7 days

Gently pump the tragus to help solution penetrate for otitis externa

Common mild side effects:

Burning, stinging, irritation in eye/ear; blurred vision or taste change; ear discomfort
Important cautions:

Avoid use in suspected viral or fungal eye/ear infections

Do not touch the dropper tip to avoid contamination
