Composition

• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 125 mg / 5 ml

Indications

• Relief of mild to moderate pain (e.g., headaches, toothaches, body aches)

• Reduction of fever commonly associated with cold or flu symptoms

Mechanism of Action

Paracetamol works centrally by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain, which reduces pain and lowers body temperature

Dosage & Administration

• Shake well before each use.

• Administer with or after food to minimise stomach irritation

• Use a proper measuring device (cup, syringe, dropper).

• If the child vomits within 30 minutes of dosing, repeat once. If vomiting occurs after 30 minutes, skip the dose and continue as scheduled

Onset & Duration

• Symptom relief typically begins within 30–60 minutes, with peak effect around 3–4 hours
